Small girl is sold into service as a Geisha, turns out to be very beautiful and intelligent, and vanquishes her hated spiteful rival.

Not bad, learnt some stuff about what geishas really did (do?). A bit dull in places especially when it turns into a description of more and more beautiful kimonos
