Rachel commutes to work every day on the train and every day the train stops at a red signal and she overlooks the house and back garden of a young couple she occasionally sees. But one day she sees something shocking, and she decides she needs to get involved. However it turns out she has a bit of a history of weird obsession herself. And an alcohol problem.

Quite good, unreliable narrator scenario.
