 | Exciting Times | 22 year old Ava, from Ireland, is teaching English in Hong Kong and living on a pittance, when she meets Julian, a wealthy banker. They are friends, then sort of together (he has a lovely flat and seems to enjoy buying stuff for her), then he goes away for a bit and she meets Edith who is great and they fall in love. Probably. Ava, with her self-deprecating but cynical attitude tries to work out what this all means and what she really wants from life.
